Return Period & Eligibility Criteria
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the watch must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact
Watches damaged due to misuse, tampering, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
How to Submit a Return Request
To start a return, contact us at support@blackdial.store within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- The watch you want to return
- The reason for the return
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return Shipping & Packaging Guidelines
Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure the package reaches us safely. BlackDial is not responsible for returns lost or delayed during transit.
Handling Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review your case and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Exchanges & Replacements
Yes we accept exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact support@blackdial.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within the 14-day return window from the date you received your watch. To qualify:
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund. If you do not see it within 14 business days of approval, contact support@blackdial.store.
