1. Estimated Delivery Schedule
At BlackDial, we aim to process and ship every order quickly and efficiently. The estimated delivery timeline for U.S. orders is as follows:
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Time) are processed on the next business day.
Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) before being shipped.
Transit Time:
After dispatch, shipments usually take 3–5 business days to arrive.
Estimated Total Delivery Time:
The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping seasons.
2. Shipping Charges & Options
We apply a flat shipping fee of $12 for all standard U.S. orders.
The shipping cost is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden shipping fees.
3. Trusted Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. All shipments include a tracking number emailed to you. Packages are securely packaged to prevent damage; however, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Transparency
All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollar (USD). Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. Payments are processed in USD. International customers may see currency conversion rates or additional charges applied by their bank or payment provider, which are outside our control. The total shown at checkout including product cost, shipping fees, and taxes is final, with no hidden charges.
5. Address Accuracy & Updates
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays. If you need to update your address, contact support@blackdial.store within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified, and any resulting delays or extra costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Product Condition & Responsibility
All watches are shipped in new condition. Customers are responsible for proper care after delivery. Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications is not eligible for returns or refunds.
For products received damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact our support team within 24 hours with your order number and photos to receive a replacement, exchange, or refund.
7. Tracking Your Shipment
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. You can also monitor your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page for real-time updates.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Carrier Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, high demand, or operational issues. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, our support team will assist you in tracking your package.
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.
Lost Packages:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact our support team. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you to resend the order or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address Information:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or non-delivery. If reported within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment, we can update the address. After shipping, changes may not be possible and additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement before processing begins. Once an order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled due to short handling times. For cancellation inquiries, contact our support team promptly.
